A free demo of our actual Software is provided on this website to be a trial for satisfaction purposes prior to your actual purchase.

Refund Request will not be provided for software that has been used to e-filed, Software Setup, Portal Setup, Software Activation, nor for a renewed previous year customer. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for all refunds. Requests for a refund need be prepared on a company letterhead and signed by the primary person on the account. No Refund Request will be responded to if the request is not done within our refund policies.

The written request should also contain the company name, primary contact name, account number, address and any other relevant contact information, date of order, and reason for the refund request.

Upon receipt of your refund request, will immediately terminate your software access as requested, including but not limited to access to customer websites, Portal, software updates, file center access, processing websites.

If you do a credit card, PayPal or merchant service charge back this will void all guarantees, refunds or cancellation of membership, in addition you will still be liable for the software fee along with all collections & legal fees.  We the Software Company reserve the right to refuse or cancel any use of our software without notice or reason. If we refuse or cancel any software due to but not limited to the following you will not be offered a refund: making disparaging remarks, slandering remarks, profanity to our employees, harassing calls or what the Software Company determines as threatening calls or emails.

Payment:

Payments are processed through Authorize.net. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Service Bureau Fees

ERO’s can charge a SB Fee up to $99 for each bank product.  ERO’s will receive 65% and 35% will be retained by the software company. This is provided as a service for are ERO’s to pay for the software renewal and create additional revenue.  Each year the renewal will be held out of the ERO’s 65% and is non refundable.  Depending on which banking partner the ERO chooses determines when the SB fee is disbursed.

Rebates

Rebates are paid based on ERO funded bank product volume see our ask the sales rep for the tiers.  These rebates are paid out between the first week of July and the last week of September.
